Coleman Institute[]

The Coleman Institute for Cognitive Neuroscience is an american research institute founded by Claire Coleman. Experiments are conducted on the orders of the Committee of 300.
The Institute has dorms and a refectory for the staff and children to live there. Scientists and children eat together because it provides children a regular training in social skills. The rooms where the children play daily have cameras and microphones.
Each of the children at the Institute have some form of mental handicap. Some are Gigalomaniacs.
Testing using machinery and medication is done once a week at most, considering that "Any more would be too much on the children".
